The job board is not working.
You must be logged in to post your availability to the job board. Once you submit a post you should see it appear in the list. Jobs are updated in real time and posted as they arrive at the Scallywags office. If something else is not working click the help tab on the page you are receive the error message and follow the prompts to submit a screenshot.
I can’t find my children on the site.
If you are searching for your child using specific search terms try broadening them. If your child is showing as ‘Active’ in your admin area then they are visible on the site. Please check the details you entered for your child carefully. Also try searching for them by name.
My payment went through twice.
You may have clicked refresh while the transaction was taking place. Please email us the following information; the email address you used for PayPal and your child’s name. We will send you a refund for the duplicate.
I have forgotten my username.
Your username is usually your main email address.
How do I delete a photo?
To remove a photo make sure you are logged in and on the photo tab in the admin area. Hover over the photo you wish to delete and a cross will appear in the top right corner. You can delete the photo by clicking on that.
How do I delete my account?

How do I change my username?
Please call the office to confirm your identity and we will be able to amend your username.
Can I change my subscription plan? Is my subscription active?
Your expiry date is displayed on the membership tab in your admin area.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with Cancel in the subject line and your child's name and PayPal email address in the body.
How do I put my subscription on hold until further notice?
Please contact the office and we will be able to offset the expiry date.
How do I change my payment method or add a new card?
If you wish to change the way PayPal bills your account you would need to do that in your PayPal control panel. Log in to PayPal. Then you should be able to find it under My Profile (Grey Box with silhouette top right corner) > My Money (Left hand Menu) > My Pre-Approved Payments (click update) > Scallywags > Primary Funding Source.

Click the forgotten password link on the login page.
